• Installer Tech Assistant, American Air Mechanical (May 2007 - 2018): Jason has honed his skills in sheet metal fabrication and warehouse operations, ensuring safety protocols and operational efficiency.
• Leadsman/Trainer, Super Stud Building Products (June 2016 - August 2018): He advanced from a laborer to a machine operator, training others and managing complex machine setups.
• Warehouse Manager, Central Flooring (February 2015 - November 2015): Jason managed all aspects of warehouse operations, improving efficiency and ensuring timely deliveries.

However, despite his best efforts, Jason has been unable to secure a long-term, stable position.
